Video Capture with Embedded Code - Fail!!!!

This is the code from the clipboard: notice the highlighted "unable to display content. Adobe flash required". I am able to play YouTube videos and I don't think that would be the case if I did not have Adobe Flash - I am using Chrome and have no idea what the problem is......any ideas are welcome......
