Excel: Numbers 1.1

I am somewhat familiar with Excel but the problem is that I do not use it enough so I end up have to "try and remember" all the ins and outs.  I find the Help function on Excel good and was able to use it to put my bar graph on a different sheet without any problems.  Here is a link to my Excel Spreadsheet titles Numbers 1:1.
This assignment was a great example of what a teacher can do with grade book information.  However, I feel, that the Grade Book software that we use should have all these features included or at least have the ability to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.  I love to have this kind of information but quite frankly do not have the time to do this for all 150 students - Yikes - just thinking about it gives me a headache!
